Biodun Adaralegbe is an accomplished finance and business management professional with over a decade of leadership experience across Finance, Administration, Strategy, Project Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

He joined the Prime Atlantic Group in 2007 and has since built a distinguished career, rising through key roles to become the Executive Director, Finance and Technical Services at Prime Atlantic Safety Services (PASS). In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight for the Finance Department and leads the Emergency Response Services business unit, which encompasses Fire Protection Services, Technical Services, and Safe Welding Habitat Operations.

Biodun began his career as an Audit Associate with SAB & Associates before joining Prime Atlantic. In 2009, he was seconded to the then Falck Prime Atlantic (now PASS) as Finance Supervisor, where his strong leadership and operational excellence drove his steady progression through the organization.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). A graduate of Accounting from The Polytechnic Ibadan, he is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School and Heriot-Watt University, UK.

Recognized for his strategic insight, financial expertise, and commitment to operational efficiency, Biodun continues to play a key role in advancing PASS’s technical and emergency response capabilities.
