Since 2003, she has excelled in leadership roles, including Deputy Managing Director at Prime Atlantic Group, where she focused on New Business Development, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, and Facilities Management within the Oil & Gas sector.

Renowned for her exceptional communication and mentoring skills, Folake is a strong advocate for Human Capacity Development and Fire Brigade Management, expanding service offerings beyond traditional sectors through strategic initiatives.

Under her leadership, PASS has significantly grown its Safety Training and Consultancy Services, guided by her collaborative approach and visionary leadership.
