In accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1001 & CFR 1926.1101 Over 1 million workers suffer back injuries each year, accounting for 20% of all workplace injuries.
Fortunately, workers can easily prevent these injuries by being proactive and practicing safe lifting techniques.
